Lynne Oldham received her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from SUNY at Plattsburgh, her Master's degree in Health Education from Plymouth State College and her PhD from Colorado State University. Her experience in public health has brought her to such places as Guam where she worked as a chronic disease dietitian and rural Colorado where she served as a five county regional pediatric dietitian for children with special health care needs. She has also worked in home health, clinical and hospital settings (Children's Hospital in Seattle, St. Charles Medical Center in Bend) and taught at the university level.

Lynne resides in Bend with her husband and toddler. She enjoys tennis, running and the outdoors.
