Kelly has a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Washington State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Idaho and has 16 years of experience as a registered dietitian.
Kelly’s expertise is in sports nutrition and was the sports nutritionist for the Washington State University Athletic Department. She has additional experience working with recreational athletes of all ages. Kelly has a great interest and experience in weight management, nutrition during pregnancy, as well as infant and child nutrition and lactation consultation. She is an advocate of an intuitive eating and holistic approach.
In addition to her professional life as a nutritionist, Kelly is a mom of two little boys. She lives in Bend and loves running, hiking, mountain biking, traveling, cooking, and reading.
